How it works

From a sales need to a clear mission.

Tentalead structures what matters before an introduction: your market, sales motion, objective, available resources and compensation terms.

Company journey

Add sales capacity without hiring too early.

Describe a bounded need. Tentalead helps make it actionable before you look for the right profile.

  1. Qualify the need

Clarify the offer, target, sector, sales cycle, territory and intended outcome.

  2. Choose the right model

Time, fixed fee, success or hybrid: compensation should fit the work requested.

  3. Compare context

Review experience by market, method, seniority and contextualized results.

  4. Discuss directly

Contact relevant profiles or invite several people to the same mission.

  5. Scope the start

Agree on responsibilities, resources, deliverables and the first milestone.

Sales freelancer journey

Receive missions you can properly evaluate.

A Business Developer cannot assess a mission from its title alone. The market, conditions and company expectations must be clear.

  1. Show your expertise

Describe your sectors, sales motions, territories, methods and results.

  2. State your terms

Make your availability and accepted compensation models visible.

  3. Review the brief

Check offer maturity, resources, target, timing and result attribution.

  4. Accept with context

Discuss directly with the company before confirming the collaboration.

  5. Build your reputation

Both parties confirm the end before reciprocal reviews are published.

Sales matching

The criteria that genuinely change a mission.

Two profiles with the same title may fit very different contexts. Matching therefore uses information specific to B2B sales.

  1. Offer maturity

An established offer is not developed like one that still needs validation.

  2. Target and sector

SMBs, enterprise accounts and regulated markets require distinct approaches.

  3. Cycle and deal size

Sales-cycle length affects the method, follow-up and compensation.

  4. Sales motion

Outbound, inbound, field sales, closing, partners or expansion.

  5. Territory and language

Local networks, presence and market fluency may be decisive.

  6. Available resources

CRM, data, content, references and internal support shape execution.

Frequently asked questions

Before you start.

Who can start a conversation?

Either a company or a professional can make contact. A company may also invite several profiles to one mission.

Are profiles and missions verified?

They are reviewed before publication. Review does not mean every stated result is certified; the level of evidence must remain explicit.

How should a freelance sales mission be paid?

Time works for capacity, fixed fees for bounded deliverables and success fees for objective, attributable outcomes. A hybrid model is often more balanced for prospecting or long sales cycles.

Does Tentalead process payments?

Not in the first release. The platform supports introductions, scoping and collaboration follow-up without processing payment yet.

Start by making your need readable.

Create your workspace, describe the sales context and talk to the profiles that fit.
