1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to tentalead.com, account creation and use of the Tentalead professional marketplace (the “Service”), operated by PEEWEE. Tentalead connects companies with independent Business Developers. Creating an account means accepting these terms and the privacy policy. A person acting for a company confirms that they are authorised to bind it.
2. Access and accounts
The Service is for adults acting for professional purposes. Public pages can be viewed without an account. Publishing, messaging, invitations, collaboration tools and reviews require a verified account. Users must provide accurate, complete and current information, keep their credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access through the contact form.
3. How Tentalead works
Companies may publish missions and contact Business Developers. Business Developers may publish their experience, expertise, availability and compensation preferences. The parties may message, track a collaboration and publish a review after it ends. Public content may be reviewed and moderated by PEEWEE.
PEEWEE supplies matching and collaboration tools. It is not an employer, temporary employment agency, agent or party to the contract between users. Tentalead does not guarantee a mission, business volume or commercial result.
4. Ranking and moderation
Profiles and missions must be published after moderation before appearing publicly. Search filters reduce the displayed results. Profiles use a deterministic daily rotation to distribute exposure; missions are ordered by publication date. Ordering does not depend on payment, and Tentalead currently offers no sponsored placement. Moderation is not certification of a user's identity, qualifications, references, results or solvency.
Users remain responsible for their content. PEEWEE may reject, request changes to, restrict, hide or remove unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, infringing, confidential or otherwise non-compliant content. Reviews must concern a genuine experience and remain factual. A potentially unlawful content report can be sent through the contact form with the exact URL, reasons and supporting information.
5. User obligations
Users must use the Service lawfully and fairly, verify material information before contracting, hold the rights and permissions required for content they submit, respect third-party rights and confidentiality, and refrain from scraping, spam, fraud, unauthorised automation, security circumvention or disruption of the Service. Sensitive personal data and unnecessary confidential business information must not be published.
6. Relations between users
Users alone agree the scope, deliverables, schedule, compensation, intellectual property, confidentiality and termination of a mission. They are responsible for the contracts, insurance, registrations, tax and other documents required by their situation. Business Developers organise their work independently; the parties must avoid disguised employment or unlawful labour supply.
Tentalead does not collect or guarantee compensation and does not invoice on behalf of users. Displayed amounts and terms are declarative and must be confirmed directly by the parties.
7. Intellectual property and personal data
The Tentalead name, interfaces, editorial material, organisation and code are protected. Except as permitted by law or in writing, reproduction, adaptation or substantial extraction is prohibited. Users retain rights in their content and grant PEEWEE a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide licence, for as long as the content is present, solely to host, display, format, technically adapt, promote and moderate it as needed to operate the Service.
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy. Anyone providing another person's data must have a lawful basis and inform that person where required.
8. Availability, liability and closure
PEEWEE uses reasonable means to keep the Service available and secure but does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. Users must retain copies of information needed for their work. Each user remains responsible for their decisions, statements, contracts and professional obligations. Subject to mandatory law, PEEWEE is not liable for another user's content or conduct, the performance or non-payment of a mission, or indirect loss not directly caused by a proven breach by PEEWEE.
Users may request account closure through the contact form. PEEWEE may suspend or close an account for a breach, fraud, security risk, legal obligation or third-party rights issue. Required evidence may be retained or anonymised under the privacy policy.
9. Changes, law and contact
PEEWEE may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service, law or its practices. Material changes are notified where required. French law applies. The parties should first seek an amicable solution; failing that, disputes between professionals fall within the competent courts of Lyon, subject to mandatory rules.
